Our Guarantee

Customized goods generally don’t come with guarantees, but we tend to do things differently at Collegiate Customs.  We want to make apparel you’re proud to wear, and we won’t settle for anything less. 

We deliver high-quality products that look just like the proof you received. In the rare occasion that there is an issue with your order, all we ask is that you notify us within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll get you taken care of immediately! Collegiate Customs LLC takes great pride in its commitment to our customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer and approved in the proof.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

If the custom products you receive differ from what you accepted in your most recent proof, or if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 10 days of receiving your custom order.

Please examine your designs and product specifications carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
